Crew App support

Crew is the app your workplace gives you.

I can't sign in

Crew accounts are created by an employer — there is no public sign-up. You need an invite or a join code from your manager. If you have one and still cannot get in, your manager can confirm the phone number on your account, or email us.

Reporting something inappropriate

Press and hold any message or post and choose Report. Reports go to the managers at your workplace. You can also email us at the address above, and we will respond.

Notifications aren't arriving

Open the app and allow notifications when asked. If you previously declined, enable them for Crew in your device's Settings. Notifications only work in the installed app, not in a browser tab.

Deleting your account

You can delete your own account from the sign-in screen, or from the account deletion page — no need to contact anyone.
